Lunch – Fairmont Dubai
Designed for those who appreciate flavour, freshness, and finesse, Fumée’s Lunch offers a well-balanced three-course experience. Guests can begin with a choice of salads ranging from the vibrant Classic Greek and Turkish Arugula to the indulgent Velvet Goat and Pistachio Arugula. For mains, diners can choose between tender Chicken Shish with garlic yoghurt, the fiery Adana Kebab with grilled tomato salsa, or delicate Grilled Salmon finished in lemon butter. Those seeking an elevated twist can upgrade to an Angus Ribeye Steak for an additional AED 75, accompanied by crispy fries or chargrilled asparagus. The experience ends on a sweet note with Chocolate Profiteroles or a refreshing plate of Fresh Watermelon, paired with tea, coffee, or sparkling water.
