Salads (AED 80 – 95): Fresh, vibrant salads crafted with seasonal ingredients, from the bright Mykonos Salad (AED 95) showcasing Uzbek tomatoes and Ezine cheese, to the herbaceous Shirazi Salad (AED 80) with fresh mint and pomegranate vinaigrette, and the sweetly nutty Goat Cheese Salad (AED 85) dotted with blueberries and pecans.
