Avia Solutions Group has announced a partnership with Impact Investments LLC. and its Executive Chairman, the former US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo. The firm will provide strategic and financial development counsel, supporting Avia Solutions Group’s future expansion plans.
Impact Investments is a global strategic and financial advisory and investment firm, with offices and partners in New York, Washington, London, and Dubai, which advises leading companies across various industries and geographies to support and accelerate their growth.

The new partnership solidifies the group’s connection to the US market. In 2021, Certares Management, a U.S. investment management firm focusing on the travel and tourism sector, together with Knighthead Capital Management, an investment advisory firm, invested EUR 300 million in the group.
