Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2023: Feels Juice Bar and Kitchen, Dubai’s first specialised juice bar and kitchen, introduces Sunday Funday, a range of fitness activities dedicated to fostering health every Sunday. Starting from November 26th until February 25th, Feels Juice Bar and Kitchen, will provide a range of pilates classes, walking groups, fitness challenges, yoga and interactive bike sessions to boost wellness and build a “feel good community”.
The Sunday Funday concept is designed to inspire health and wellness amongst patrons at both Feels Juice Bar and Kitchen, Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations. With an unwavering commitment to elevating customer well-being, Feels Juice Bar and Kitchen goes beyond its delightful, healthy, and natural menu to extend its mission to educating patrons on the significance of clean eating and wellness. Steering away from conventional dieting methods, the clean concept aims to cultivate social connections and unite the community during these sessions.
Every Sunday, the juice bar and kitchen will host a variety of engaging and interactive activities tailored to diverse fitness levels. The sessions include; a range of Pilates classes, a community-focused walking group for women to encourage a healthy lifestyle, and high-energy bootcamp workouts that challenge customers to enhance their fitness levels. Other sessions include engaging in multiple fitness challenges that promote teamwork across various sports and also the opportunity to start and end each day with sunset and sunrise yoga for a serene and revitalizing body. Lastly, the blender bike is a unique and interactive experience where participants can blend their own smoothies by pedaling a stationary bike.
During the Sunday Fundays, Feels Juice Bar and Kitchen will collaborate with local businesses such as home-grown fitness studios, to create a vibrant platform for community involvement.
