Dubai, UAE, December 2025 – As the new year arrives and intentions start to take shape, Viya Fit is helping Dubai step confidently into 2026 with Start Strong, a motivational campaign designed to turn fresh goals into lasting habits. Created for both new joiners and long-time members, Start Strong positions Viya Fit as the destination where clarity meets commitment, and where transformation becomes a guided, enjoyable part of everyday life.
Start Strong speaks to anyone hoping to approach their fitness journey differently this year, whether that means staying consistent, returning with purpose, or elevating their routine with better support and structure. It is designed for the member ready to recommit, the newcomer searching for a premium wellness home, and everyone in between.
Start Strong re-energises our community spirit with the Bring a Friend session at Viya Fit, available exclusively to members on annual Elite and annual Essentials memberships, as well as those who purchase Unlimited Classes. Eligible members can bring a friend for seven consecutive days during any week in January, with the option to bring a different friend each day, creating a powerful boost of motivation, accountability and shared energy to kick-start the year.
For new members, the campaign focuses on building strong foundations from day one. Every new joiner will receive a Complimentary Body Reset Assessment worth AED 299, offering a clear picture of their starting point and a roadmap for meaningful progress. Members will also benefit from Priority Class Booking for 30 days, helping them secure their favourite sessions and lock in a routine that feels both exciting and achievable. All of this comes with access to Dubai’s newest premium wellness destination, where high-performance training meets lifestyle-driven wellbeing.
With Start Strong, Viya Fit continues its mission to make fitness feel elevated, intentional, and community-led. Each element of the campaign is designed to reduce friction, create structure, and turn early-year motivation into real momentum.
