Dubai United Arab Emirates, October 2025: In the heart of Al Habtoor City, a new chapter in Dubai’s social and cultural landscape is about to unfold. TIMELESS Luxury Lounge, the internationally acclaimed concept where art, technology, and hospitality coexist in harmony, is set to open its doors this November, inviting guests into a world designed not to escape time, but to savour it. More than a lounge, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge is a next-generation social concept that blends shisha artistry, mixology, and immersive design into a single, sensory experience.
Founded by two visionary entrepreneur’s Andrey Ryzhov and Dmitry Parygin, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge was born from the idea of creating a “third place”, a sanctuary beyond work and home, where aesthetic intelligence, comfort, and innovation converge. With locations already recognised for redefining lounge culture across international cities, the Dubai location will mark a new milestone for the brand: a seamless fusion of futuristic luxury and desert minimalism, where every detail exists to evoke emotion. With its emphasis on its intimate design and five-star precision of service, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge will reimagine the meaning of modern hospitality in Dubai.
Behind the discreet entrance of Meera Tower, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge will unveil a space that moves between worlds, tactile and digital, intimate and infinite. The interiors, envisioned by Rhyme Design Studio, draw inspiration from the modern desert and the mirrored hotels of AlUla in Saudi Arabia. Natural materials like travertine, sandstone, and brass flow through golden light and mirrored arches, creating an atmosphere that feels both cinematic and serene.
The result is not merely design, but experience. TIMELESS Luxury Lounge is built on three pillars – Art, Technology, and Service, each one woven into the fabric of the brand. Every shisha is conceived as a sculptural art piece, every beverage crafted as a sensory story.
This is a place where time slows to the rhythm of conversation, where soft music and ambient light replace chaos with calm. Whether it’s a quiet evening in one of the intimate spaces or a celebration beneath the golden arches of the bar, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge is designed to feel both deeply private and profoundly social, a paradox that defines its allure.
“Dubai understands ambition; it’s a city that keeps reinventing what’s possible,” says founder Andrey Ryzhov. “TIMELESS Luxury Lounge is our answer to that spirit: a lounge that doesn’t compete for attention but earns it quietly, through detail, emotion, and intent. It’s not about escaping time, it’s about defining how you spend it”.
Opening this November, TIMELESS Luxury Lounge invites Dubai to experience a new rhythm, one defined by presence, precision, and the quiet power of detail.
