Crafted for long, leisurely afternoons along the water, the menu draws on the soulful flavours of Russian and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, lightened and brightened for the season. Guests can savour a relaxed yet elegant meal in Rodina’s glamorous District 8 setting, where velvet interiors, chandeliers, and marina views create the ultimate summer escape.
A Seasonal Spread of Fresh and Refined Favourites
The menu begins with a choice of one starter, each one rooted in tradition and reimagined with finesse:
- Sugudai – A refined Russian-style carpaccio made with salmon and cod, finished with a dill cream that is as delicate as it is flavourful
- Olivier Salad – A hearty and nostalgic favourite, combining baked potato, carrot, peas, cucumber, and beef tongue, all folded into creamy mayonnaise
- Herring Salad – A vibrant black tartlet generously filled with herring, potato, carrot, and beetroot, elegantly layered with a smooth mayo finish
- Garden Salad – Crisp greens and garden vegetables tossed in a light dressing, perfect for a fresh start

Next, guests can warm up with a soul-soothing bowl of soup, choosing from:
